Refund policy
1.1 Right of Withdrawal for Purchased Goods

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
1.2 Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Unless otherwise agreed, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
